Tiffany serves The Docentus Group as a Senior Consultant. She is an experienced education professional with 12 years of executive-level leadership. She most recently served for 9 years as a Chief Human Resources Officer for Dripping Springs ISD near Austin, Texas.

Tiffany's professional experiences also include several years in the practice of school law as a licensed attorney. Her ability to make sound assessments while simultaneously developing effective systems, processes, and procedures will provide a unique and powerful perspective when it comes to meeting improvement goals for your organization. 

In addition to the skillset above Tiffany is also a trained mediator, a Texas educator, and an experienced facilitator of professional learning. As a facilitator Tiffany has honed her skills and is known as an accomplished presenter.  Her presentations are packed full of meaningful professional learning, while delivering the information in an engaging, witty, and relational manner. Her ability to provide quality Board, leadership, or staff development in multi-faceted settings positions her to be a valuable asset for your organization.
